FAQ

  • Q:  How do you define a shot?

A shot is the footage between camera start and camera stop. Or between “Action” and “Cut.”

  • Q: Can I use the shot more than once in a production?

Your license allows only one time use in a production. If you use it again in that same production, there is an additional fee of 50% of the original licensing fee for each additional usage.

  • Q: How much are the lab fees?

The transfer (lab) fees are already included in the price.

  • Q: How can I pay for the footage?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Company checks and Electronic Wire Transfers are also acceptable.

  • Q: How soon do I get my footage?

For new clients, payment in full must be received before any footage can be released. Once payment is received, for Standard Definition orders placed before 2 PM EDT, footage is usually available the same afternoon. For Film or HD orders, masters are usually ready within 24-36 hours.

  • Q: Do you have any special pricing for students?

Absolutely. We understand that todays students are tomorrows clients. All of our Standard Definition footage is available to students for $50.00 per shot. Current student ID and a project description form from your faculty advisor are necessary to qualify for this special rate. Give us a credit line in your finished production for an additional discount.

  • Q: Are prices subject to change?

We reserve the right to change our prices without notice.
